Luke began radiation and chemo a week ago Monday and will continue for about six weeks. Radiation is 10 minutes a day Monday through Friday where they will attack the tumor in his colon. Chemotherapy is several pills a day.
Next week, the Dr. will eradicate the spot on Luke's liver.
The radiation/chemo treatments end around the end of
October and at that point Luke will take some time off to let the chemo
continue working and give him time to recuperate before surgery. The purpose of the surgery would be to remove
the tumor. The surgery would take place around mid November to early December.
